You Decide Poll 2009

The 2009 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season is in the books, which means it is time for the annual You Decide Poll. Last year I helped you out by narrowing it down to only ten choices, but this year all 36 are up for voting...

Which leads me to my poll question:

What was your favorite NASCAR Sprint Cup Series points race of 2009?

I'll go ahead and vote for the July Coke Zero 400 at Daytona. That was one of the most action-packed and exciting races I have ever seen. And it was all under the lights...

One vote per applicant only. Standard messaging fees may apply. Poll not open to residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands.

1. The Watkins Glen race

2. The Coke Zero 400 was great too.

Oh man, good question. While there are several good candidates I think I'll go with the Richmond fall race. That had good racing and the Chase battle was exciting. Vegas is right up there for me too though. I guess I had to get the high and low of Kyle's season in there lol.

There were a few good ones. I'll take the first Richmond race of the year. Kyle and Mark racing clean at the end was pretty exciting to me.

I will go with Infineon because not only of the great racing on the track but being there with all the bloggers made it extra special...

I have to go with Daytona. Something about the first race of the season really gets me excited to watch. And for the last 5 years I have attended the same Daytona party. But that may say more about the experience than the race. But I'm sticking with it because to me sports IS about the whole package

Not sure if I can pick out one specific race. If I did, I would have to lean to the Coke Zero 400 as well. In fact, I was just admiring that trophy today over at Stewart-Haas Racing. I would prefer to look back on some of the exciting wrecks, like Carl Edwards at Talledega, Newman rolling and ending upside down, Jimmie getting knocked out on lap 4, etc..

the night race at Bristol...if, for nothing else, Ambrose saying "Jimmie who?" on the radio after passing him, lol

Infineon was pretty good too since I doubt many people thought Kasey could hold off Tony and Marcos for as long as he did.
